FlyBaby aircraft project — $3,499.99 as-is. Offered with the project components shown in the photos, including wings that are already covered. This is a disassembled aircraft project for a buyer to inspect, inventory and finish.
The listing photos show the fuselage and cockpit, covered yellow wings, tail surfaces, detached landing gear components, wheels and tailwheel assembly, a metal tank, and a seat. The sale includes the project items shown; the final component inventory will be recorded in the purchase agreement. Surrounding storage containers, vehicles, tools and unrelated equipment are not included.
The wings are already covered. The existing covering and finish show visible wear, and their condition should be assessed before deciding what can be retained, repaired or replaced. The project is offered in its current disassembled condition. It is not represented as a complete inventory of every part needed to finish an aircraft or as ready to fly.
Buyer should inspect the structure, covering, fittings and existing components; determine missing items; and plan the remaining assembly, systems, finishing and inspection work. No installed engine is shown or included in this listing. Avionics, electronics, propeller and build or registration records are not represented as included unless specifically identified in the final written inventory.

The checkout amount is a $500 refundable reservation deposit for a 72-hour hold, not the full purchase price. If you proceed, the deposit is credited toward the purchase price or required layaway down payment. To buy outright, initiate the remaining balance by ACH within 72 hours; a verified pending transfer keeps the project reserved while it clears. Final sale requires a signed Mini-Max USA purchase agreement and Addendum A specifying inventory, exclusions and pickup arrangements.
Sold as is, where is. Buyer is responsible for independent inspection, verifying condition, completeness and available documentation, remaining construction and systems, final configuration and applicable certification or operating requirements before flight.
