Fuselage-Only Project
This sale is for the fuselage with its installed landing gear and nose fuel tank only. Wings, tail surfaces, engine, propeller, electronics, avionics and a complete aircraft kit are not included. Loose materials resting on the fuselage and surrounding vehicles, other projects and equipment are not part of the included inventory unless expressly listed in the signed purchase agreement.
The buyer will need to source the remaining airframe components and systems and complete the aircraft. Please inspect the project and confirm condition, completeness and suitability for your intended build before purchase.

Final sale requires a signed Mini-Max USA purchase agreement and Addendum A specifying included items, exclusions and pickup arrangements.

Sold as is, where is, with the exact included inventory recorded in the signed purchase agreement. Buyer is responsible for independent inspection, remaining components, assembly, systems installation, documentation review, final configuration, and any applicable certification or operating eligibility before flight. No completed-aircraft or ready-to-fly condition is represented.
