The Polini Thor 260 is a compact, high-torque paramotor engine designed for adventure and long-distance flight. It offers a perfect balance of power, smooth operation, and reliability—delivering the thrills of sport flying with the comfort of a cruising engine.

The Thor 260 was created for pilots who fly far. It’s a GT (Grand Touring) class engine—capable of sustained performance over long distances with minimal fatigue. Whether you’re gliding over countryside or tackling a cross-country challenge, the Thor 260 provides smooth, consistent power and reduced vibration through its built-in counterbalancing shaft.
The engine stays cool and efficient thanks to a lightweight, compact radiator that optimizes thermal control and improves takeoff weight and aerodynamics. The radiator setup is engineered for tight packaging and dependable cooling in all conditions.
All Thor engines, including the 260, share the same mounting points. That means one frame can fit the entire Thor range—streamlining manufacturing, reducing lead times, and allowing pilots to swap engines without modifying the frame. The Thor 260 comes fully assembled with all mounting hardware included.
