Our Mini-Max Aircraft Fabric Covering Kits are designed to provide everything you need to finish your aircraft with a lightweight, durable fabric skin. Each kit includes enough material to complete a full Mini-Max build, along with the essential chemicals needed for proper adhesion and finishing.

Choose the right option for your engine and weight class:

Option 1: 5035 Ultralight Covering Kit

Perfect for ultralight builders and lower horsepower setups, the 5035 Kit includes uncertified light aircraft fabric, ideally suited for engines producing 35 hp or less. It keeps weight to a minimum while maintaining strength and durability for compliant ultralight flight.

Includes:

• Lightweight uncertified aircraft fabric

• Poly Tak Cement

• Poly Brush

• MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone)

Recommended For:
Ultralights and Mini-Max models running 35 hp or less.

Option 2: 5135 Standard Covering Kit

The 5135 Kit uses a slightly heavier, more robust fabric suitable for all other Mini-Max aircraft models, offering enhanced durability and broader compatibility with higher horsepower engines.

Includes:

• Heavier uncertified aircraft fabric

• Poly Tak Cement

• Poly Brush

• MEK (Methyl Ethyl Ketone)

Recommended For:
All Mini-Max models over 35 hp.
