This fiberglass cowling is designed for Mini-Max and AeroMax aircraft using Rotax 447, 503, or similar two-stroke engines. It features a traditional shape (non-EROS) and comes in two fiberglass halves — top and bottom — for easy access and straightforward installation.

Which Cowling Should You Choose?

This Non-EROS cowling maintains the original Mini-Max look and is ideal for simpler builds or restorations.
For a sleeker, more aerodynamic profile with an extended nose, check out our EROS-style Rotax Cowling (sold separately).

Fitment:
Compatible with most Mini-Max and AeroMax models configured for a Rotax 447/503 without the extended EROS-style nose. Trimming may be needed based on engine mount and accessory layout.
